Critics and moviegoers are drooling over "The Social Network," which is scheduled for an Oct. 1 release. The movie tells the "story" behind Facebook's inception and CEO and co-founder Mark Zuckerberg, but not everyone is in agreement about the degree of truth represented on screen &mdash specifically Zuckerberg himself.
When asked about the movie and what it means for his public persona, Zuckerberg responded, "I know the real truth."
The Facebook creator has shied away from the media spotlight, rarely giving interviews to the press other than required public appearances. But this summer, Zuckerberg sat down with a reporter for an article in The New Yorker.
The result? A 6,000-plus word profile that reveals more about Zuckerberg than the public has ever known, including way more than can be revealed in a two-hour movie.
